The spa center was a real highlight for our whole family - my wife and I indulged in relaxing spa treatments while the kids had a blast at the children's playground. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. It was the perfect retreat for a family vacation, offering something for everyone.
My wife says that it would have been even better if there were more interactive activities for the kids to enjoy.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a comfortable time. The staff were supper friendly and amiable hole time of my stay. My room was extremely spacious, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was beautiful and amazing, for example, Gomeda Valley was just a short walk away from the hotel. I went to an excellent restaurant and really enjoyed the local dishes.

Beautiful and incredible place, I greatly enjoyed exceptional personnel.
I was here for 2 days and would stay there again. The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was reasonably spacious and impressive. The venue was in a good position very close to the center of Cappadocia as well as the well-appointed dining establishments. Ate at Pacha Hotel & Restaurant, it's at a medium distance from the venue.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration at Ajwa Cappadocia. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt like I was in a luxurious and elegant retreat. The attention to detail in the design of the general areas, such as the lobby and dining areas, was simply stunning. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel, which allowed me to relax and unwind. The accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with ramps and handrails available to assist us. It truly made me feel like a VIP guest.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, sometimes it would have been nice to have someone specifically dedicated to assisting senior guests, especially when it came to navigating the nearby activities and attractions.

The vintage bikes available for rent added a fun and unique touch to our stay, making it even more special. The staff went above and beyond, setting a new standard among 5-star properties. The cave rooms were stunning, and the hotel had a relaxing resort vibe. The breakfast at Zeferan restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Staff, especially Merve Hanim and Selda Hanim, were friendly and attentive.
